Smoking is stictly forbidden in my hotel. There is a designated smoking area at the front, outside of the hotel. In case you do decide to smoke in your room, this will result in to a fine of €250,-

Check-in starts from 14:00 and check-out is at 11:00. In case you would like an early check-in or a late check-out, please contact me to see what the possibilties are!

Our reception is opened 24/7!

Parking is not for free. You can park the first 3 hours at the front of my hotel for free, after this, an automatic system is charging you €3,50 per hour. 

Next to this, you can park your car for a fee of €15 per night in my secured underground parking garage. 

I accept cash (only euro's), Maestro debit card, Mastercard, Visa, Apple pay and Google pay!

Yes you can! Bike rental is available for a fee, please ask my reception staff for more information!

Unofrtunately, pets are not allowed in my hotel.

Breakfast is not included in your booking. When making your reservation you can add breakfast to your booking, which is an additional fee of €17,50 per person per day. My hotel serves a continental breakfast buffet, monday-friday from 6:30-10:30 and in the weekend from 08:00-11:00.

My hotel works with 2 different rates; Non-refundable and Flexible rate. My non-refundable is usually cheaper, but there is no possibility to change or cancel your reservation after booking. With my flexible rate, you can cancel or modify your reservation up to 24-hours before arrival. 

In none of my rooms you can open the window, due to safety regulations and air quality outside. Also, I do not offer rooms with a balcony. 

When you prefer a room with 1 big bed, please choose the rooms with ' Double ' in the name. In case you would like a room with 2 single beds, choose for the ' Twin ' type of rooms. 

Every room in my hotel is equipped with a Smart-TV. This means you can stream your favourite programs to the TV from your phone (netflix etc). However, I do have 3 standard Dutch TV channels available; Ned1, Ned2 en Ned3.
